By signing this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following: I am committing to full participation in and attendance at all seminars and program activities across the two-year Colorado Agricultural Leadership Program, in accordance with the pre-established schedule of dates. I understand that these dates are set in advance and that my full attendance is expected throughout the duration of the program.
I further agree to remit payment of $3,500 to the Colorado Agricultural Leadership Program, whether through fundraising efforts, personal contribution, or other means, no later than August 1, 2027.

Additional Requirements:
Upon receipt of your application, you will be asked to submit the following by no later than Sept 18, 2026. A minimum of three (3) recommendations (form will be provided by CALP office) by September 18, 2026. All replies are confidential.
