Vets Pets 2026 Flu Shot Registration
Register for your scheduled flu shot below. If you have insurance, please upload a copy of the front and back of your insurance card below or bring a copy with you when you receive your flu shot. Your insurance card must include an RXBIN number, which confirms that it includes pharmacy benefits and can be billed for the vaccine. If you do not have insurance, Vets Pets will cover the cost of your flu shot. To help keep each visit quick and efficient, please have all required paperwork completed when the flu shot team arrives. If no one at your location plans to receive a flu shot, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can adjust the schedule accordingly. Please note that high-dose flu vaccines will not be available. Our 2026 Flu Shot Clinics are proudly sponsored by Companion Pharmacy and Hayes Barton Pharmacy.
