Base Operational Fee
Includes up to 4 hours of service time for up to 30 guests, professional certified bartender(s), mobile bar setup & teardown, local travel, General & Commercial Liquor Liability Insurance coverage, basic non-alcoholic mixers (excluding soft drinks), standard fresh garnishes (lemons & limes), and essential disposables (cups, napkins, straws, ice handling & bins).

Pricing Validity: Prices quoted are based on current operational costs and availability. Estimates are valid for 7 calendar days from the date issued.
Date Reservation: A quote does not reserve your event date. Dates are secured strictly on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of a signed Service Agreement and a 30% non-refundable retainer.
Headcount Adjustments: Final headcount and menu selections must be confirmed 10 days prior to the event date. If your guest count increases, per-guest supply and staffing adjustments will be recalculated on your final balance invoice.
Dry-Hire Model & Licensing: Mac's on Tap provides bartending services, equipment, non-alcoholic mixers, and supplies. We do not sell, purchase, or supply alcoholic beverages. The client is legally responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol for the event.
Venue & Access Compliance: Quotes assume standard level access for mobile bar setup. Difficult terrain, stairs, or long-distance hauling may incur additional setup/travel fees if not disclosed prior to contract issuance.
