All WBCA members in good standing as of Friday, October 25, 2026, may enter one piece. If you are unsure of your membership status, please call 651-407-0597 or email wbca@whitebeararts.org

Memberships to WBCA are tax deductible to the full extent of the law, valid for one year, and provide valuable support. Benefits include 20% discount on all WBCA tuition-based classes and workshops, reduced entry fee for Northern Lights Juried Exhibition, and more!

The entry fee for the 2026 Members' Exhibition is $40. Pay online with PayPal, Venmo or a credit card at the bottom of the form. Or call the WBCA front desk at 651-407-0597 and make a credit card payment over the phone. Payment must be received by Friday, October 30, 2026 by 4:00 PM for entry to be considered official.

In an effort to foster upcoming generations of artists, WBCA offers scholarship
opportunities. If you are interested in utilizing or contributing to these funds, please contact WBCA at 651-407-0597 or email gallery@whitebeararts.org.

Exhibition Guidelines 

Please, review the guidelines to ensure eligibility.

 Please enter artwork information and image(s) below:

Dimensions should be provided in inches. For 2D pieces, provide Height x Length (example: 24" x 18"). For 3D pieces, provide Height x Length x Width (example: 10" x 10" x 8").

Artwork in the gallery must be listed with a sales price or denoted not for sale (NFS). Reminder, when determining the price, please include a 40% commision as a professional courtesty to WBCA.

Submit one image for 2D artwork or up to two images for 3D artwork. Images must be .jpg, .jpeg, or .png. Minimum image size is 400 KB. Maximum image size is 12 MB. Please ensure that images are high-quality and ready for online viewing.

Waiver

WBCA reserves the right to refuse any artwork for any reason. Reasonable care will be taken in handling and displaying artwork, but no responsibility is assumed by White Bear Center for the Arts for loss or damage of any kind. By submitting work, you accept these conditions and agree that WBCA may use digital or photographic images for publicity purposes, including on social media and the WBCA website.

Artist agrees to drop off artwork on:
- Friday, November 6, 10:30 AM–2:30 PM
- Saturday, November 7, 10:30 AM–2:30 PM

Artist agrees to pick up artwork on:
- Monday, December 21, 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- Tuesday, December 22, 3:30–7:30 PM
