may have uniquely equipped believers for ministry. The gifts listed below are drawn primarily from Romans 12:3–8, 1 Corinthians 12:4–11, 27–31, Ephesians 4:11–12, and 1 Peter 4:10–11.
Please take time to read through these passages before completing the assessment.
Instructions: Rate each statement from 1–5.
• 1 = Never True of Me (Not at all)
• 2 = Rarely True of Me
• 3 = Sometimes True of Me
• 4 = Often True of Me
• 5 = Consistently True of Me (Very much)
