    WOW is about learning from each other. Throughout the weekend, we’ll share practical ideas, real-world experience, and strategies you can take home and use in your Whatnot business.

     

    • Strengthening Your Whatnot Community — building genuine relationships, buyer loyalty, engagement, and a community people want to return to.

    • Sourcing With Purpose — sourcing ideas, evaluating purchases, buying for your audience, and making smarter buying decisions.

    • The Business Behind Whatnot — organization, inventory, expenses, bookkeeping basics, and understanding your business beyond the sales total.

    • Jewelry Knowledge & Identification — research, hallmarks, materials, testing, dating clues, and confidently describing what you know—and what you don’t.

    • Whatnot Policies & Seller Practices — common seller questions, policies, protecting your business, and avoiding common mistakes.

    • Behind-the-Scenes Workflow — practical systems for managing inventory, sales, organization, and higher-volume shows.

    • Putting It Into Practice — Saturday’s WOW live show will give each participant the opportunity to put what we’ve learned into action in front of a live Whatnot audience. Each participant will have a designated segment to introduce themselves and their business and personally sell the five necklaces they have donated to the WOW event. It’s an opportunity to practice, learn from one another, support fellow sellers, and showcase your business to the Whatnot community.

    • Shipping & Fulfillment — including a hands-on Sunday demonstration using the actual orders from Saturday’s WOW show.

    WOW is designed to be collaborative—we’ll learn from one another, share what works, ask questions, and exchange ideas throughout the weekend.

    WOW 2026 is limited to 25 participants. Applicant selection begins September 1, 2026. Selected applicants will be notified beginning September 1 and will have 7 days from the date of their acceptance notice to complete registration and payment.

  • If selected to attend WOW, are you willing to participate in the Saturday WOW live show, donate five necklaces, and personally sell those necklaces during your designated segment? Each participant will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and their Whatnot business and put what we’ve learned throughout WOW into practice in front of a live Whatnot audience.*
  • If selected, are you able to attend and participate in the full WOW weekend, Friday through Sunday, October 16–18, 2026?*
  • If selected, do you understand that the WOW registration fee is $250 and payment must be completed within 7 days of your acceptance notice to secure your spot?*
