Del Ray Artisans' 2027 Wall Calendar

Members: Submit your best work to the 14th annual Del Ray Artisans' wall calendar fundraiser! All entries are to be received digitally (via the form below), and no physical pieces of art will be collected. There is no entry fee, no theme, and work previously shown at Del Ray Artisans is acceptable.

The Calendar Selection Committee will choose approximately 50-60 pieces of art from Del Ray Artisans members to be included in the 2027 Wall Calendar. This calendar is a fundraiser to benefit Del Ray Artisans, but also a great way to show your support for our arts organization and share your talent with the community.

Entry details:

• All entries must be received by Wednesday, September 9, 2026 by midnight.
• Your Del Ray Artisans membership must be current (not past expiration).
• All entries must be submitted digitally through this form and be a high enough quality (300 dpi) to print well on a page at a minimum of 4" wide by 3" tall (larger is better; proportions do not matter). The maximum file size the form allows is 5MB. If your file is larger, contact the coordinator.
• There is no entry fee.
• Each member may submit up to 3 entries.
• Entries may or may not be included in the calendar based on the Calendar Selection Committee’s discretion. If your artwork is selected, it may be enlarged, reduced, or cropped to fit the space available.
• Artists will be notified of selected entries by Monday, September 28, 2026.
• Selected artwork will appear in the 2027 Wall Calendar offered for sale as a fundraiser for Del Ray Artisans. From these sales, 100 percent of the proceeds will go toward supporting Del Ray Artisans, a 501(3)(c) nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote art for the benefit of artists and the community. By entering your work, you grant Del Ray Artisans the right to print your artwork in this calendar free of charge. Your artwork will be credited to you, using information provided by you on this entry form.
• Permission to use the work submitted on this form for publicity purposes is automatically granted by the artist as a requisite for entering.
• Art previously shown at Del Ray Artisans gallery may be submitted for this calendar.

Del Ray Artisans' 2027 Wall Calendar featuring artwork by Del Ray Artisans members is available for pre-order now at just $18/calendar. (Regular price $22/calendar.) The pre-order discount price is only available until October 10. (Pre-ordering the calendar helps our organization estimate how many calendars to order.) If you pre-order, you will be notified when the calendars arrive, so you can come pick up your purchase. Calendars will arrive between Oct 20 - Nov 15, 2026. Pre-order the calendar now!

REMINDER: Please record your volunteers hours in the online form (found on Volunteer page by selecting "Enter Volunteer Hours Now"). If you have not yet completed your annual volunteer time, please review the current volunteer needs.

Entries

You can submit 1, 2, or 3 entries on this form. The maximum number of entries allowed is 3 per artist.

The physical pieces of art are not required. Entries should be submitted digitally through this form and be a high enough quality (300 dpi) to print well on a page at a minimum size of 4" wide by 3" tall (larger is better; proportions do not matter). The maximum file size the form allows is 5MB. If your file is larger, contact the coordinator.

Please note: The artwork may be cropped to fit the space available in the calendar.

Acceptable file types are: jpg, jpeg, pdf, png, and tif. You may also provide an additional scan or photo per entry if you wish (not required).

Name your files as follows: "YourLastName-FirstName-ArtworkTitle".  If you provide a second scan or photo of the same entry, add a "-2" to the end - e.g. "YourLastName-FirstName-ArtworkTitle-2".
