Rather than asking you to write a traditional cover letter, we’d love to get to know you a little better through a short video.
We want to see the person behind the resume, your personality, energy, communication style and approach to customer experience and leadership.
Please record a short video of approximately 2-3 minutes answering the two questions below.

A few tips:

- Film it on your phone. No fancy editing or equipment is required
- Find somewhere quiet with good lighting
- Speak naturally and conversationally
- Don’t worry about getting every word perfect
- Most importantly, be yourself.
We are not looking for a polished presentation. We are looking for someone who is warm, energetic, confident and genuinely excited about people, retail and Red Hill Candle Co.
