  • Legacy Wise RFP and service terms: This submission is an inquiry/request for proposal only and is not a confirmed reservation or transportation contract. Legacy Wise group trips generally originate in Staten Island, New York unless the final proposal states otherwise. No confirmed service exists until Legacy Wise issues or accepts final terms and required payment. For any confirmed services, participants acknowledge ordinary risks associated with transportation and travel, including traffic, weather, itinerary changes, delays, and disruptions. Where applicable, venues, lodging, dining, and other third-party carriers or suppliers are independent of Legacy Wise, and Legacy Wise is not responsible for their acts, omissions, pricing, availability, policies, or service failures except as required by law. Personal property remains the responsibility of each participant. Nothing in these terms waives any rights or liability that applicable law does not permit to be waived. For confirmed Legacy Wise experiences, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. If Legacy Wise approves a credit, it applies toward another eligible Legacy Wise experience rather than cash, and is subject to supplier commitments, deadlines, availability, and the final proposal or event-specific terms. If a final booked Legacy Wise experience is expressly advertised as including a $20 voucher, one $20 voucher is earned per eligible paid guest after successful completion. The voucher has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, is limited to one per customer per future experience, and is not earned after cancellation, no-show, refund, chargeback, or incomplete participation. For any Atlantic City or casino trip, guests under 21 may not gamble, be rated, receive gaming-related casino comps, or use gaming credit. Access remains subject to casino/property and legal restrictions. All casino comps and offers are controlled by the casino, may require valid ID, player card, and eligibility, are subject to New Jersey rules and change without notice, and are not guaranteed by Legacy Wise.*
