Kaiapoi Carnival 2026 Food Vendor Application Form - 28th November 2026

Time: 9.30am - 3.30pm Venue: Kaiapoi Park, 1 Smith Street Kaiapoi.
We are committed to offering our attendees a diverse selection. In some cases, and as part of your acceptance, we may ask you not to sell certain items so we can maintain a fair and balanced range of food vendors.

Applications must be recieved by the 10th September 2026. You willl be advised of your acceptance on the 21st September 2026.

All Food Vendors must fill in all sections and submit all uploads. Any applications with missing information will not be accepted.
