LANGUAGE & AUTOMATIC TRANSLATION NOTE
The live event is spoken entirely in English.
Zoom will provide live, real-time automatic text captions in 30+ supported languages (including Spanish, German, French, Chinese, etc.) which you can read on your screen.
Important: Because your eyes will be closed during guided meditations, captions cannot be read at those times. You must be able to understand spoken English to follow the guided processes.
WORKSHOP REQUIREMENTS & RULES
To participate fully, please make sure you have the following ready before Day 1:
A Meditation Mask: A total-blackout mask (such as a Mindfold mask) is mandatory for the inner imagery and deep meditation exercises.
A Notebook: For taking personal notes during the lectures.
Post-Workshop: Don't worry about missing anything! A video replay recording will be available for 14 days after the workshop concludes.
