  • Safeguarding

I confirm that our organisation has a safeguarding policy that we will follow. We will provide a copy of this if requested.
  • Reporting

I confirm that our organisation will provide reporting information when reasonably requested throughout the project, and will complete the mandatory reporting to funders following completion in April 2027. I confirm we will be happy to discuss our project with Bristol City Council once complete, so that it can be documented and form part of a report from the Council to Bloomberg Philanthropies who are providing the funding.

I confirm that we will take at least 5 photographs of our project and share these with CSE. We will ensure Bristol City Council permissions forms are completed for all people included in these photographs so that they can be used by Bristol City Council on their social media channels to share news of the programme.
