A shared room is for two women who come together. Each of you completes her own request and names the other here. If your friend cancels, we tell you within two working days and you choose what happens next, as set out in the Terms (C4).

After you send this, you will receive an email within a minute. It explains your agreements, each signed on its own: the Programme Agreement if you take part in the programme, and the Accommodation Agreement if you book a room. The programme fee, €2,000 incl. VAT, is paid in full at booking, once you have signed your Programme Agreement. The accommodation fee is paid no later than 5 March 2027. This form does not charge anything.
