REGISTRATION FORM

This is not a conventional conference. The programme works exclusively with workshops and interactive formats. Participants will engage directly with experimental methods developed through the FilmED project, experiencing pedagogical innovations from within rather than merely hearing about them.

The conference program will consist of four modules, two per day. Each module includes 3-4 workshops, of which participants may choose only one. Each workshop has a limited number of places. In total, each participant will take part in 4 workshops. Descriptions of all workshops will be available on the conference website, which will be published at the beginning of October. The website will also include a form allowing registration for specific workshops.

PAYMENT
Payment should be made by bank transfer based on received invoice.
Payment must be received in full prior to the start date of the conference.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A refund can be offered minus a 25% administration fee for cancellations received prior to 10.11.2026.
No refund can be made for cancellations after 10.11.2026.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
· All details are correct at the time of print, but are subject to variation without notice.
· Lodz Film School will not be liable for circumstances beyond their control which lead to the cancellation or variation of the programme.

DELEGATE LIST
Lodz Film School may also use your name, institution and country information to create a participants list of conference attendees.

DISCLAIMERS
Any risk related to participants’ property in the conference building or grounds, including theft or fire, shall be borne by the participants. The Lodz Film School shall not insure said goods.
Lodz Film School shall not be considered liable for damages to property or persons deriving directly or indirectly from participation in the conference, whatever the cause of damage.
