Terms and Conditions

After sending this Application Form you will receive an invoice with banking details for an EFT payment.
Payment is due no later than 15 days before the commencement of the training.
Payment includes a manual and light lunch every day.

Conditions for Refunds:
i) If the request is made 30 days or more before the start of the training, the fee paid is refundable less an administrative fee of 10%. Registrations are transferable without additional charges, as long as the replacement participant is eligible for the training.
ii) If the request is made less than 30 days before the start of the training, the administration fee will be 30%, and the same conditions of transfer of registration as above apply.
iii) If delegates cancel their participation 24 hours or less before the start of the training, the course fee is 100% non-refundable and is transferable to the next training dates or to another eligible participant, without additional charges.
iv) If the training is postponed or canceled by the organizers, then training payments are either transferable to a replacement training or fully refundable upon request.
