St. Mary's Next Generation Program Registration
Thank you for being interested in the St. Mary's Next Generation programs. Please complete this form to register your child. A separate form must be submitted for each child.

Program Details:

Grade Levels: 5th - 12th Grade
Meeting Location: St. Mary's Academy (SMA)
Meeting Time: Sunday Evenings, 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Registration Fee Information:
- A $70 registration fee is required for all students in grades 5th - 12th.
- This fee is separate from and does not include the fee for the Confirmation class.
- The registration fee is waived for students who are currently enrolled at St. Mary's Academy.

Registration Fee:
Please review the program details and payment information below before proceeding.
- Registration Fee: $70 per student, with a family maximum of $160.
- When: Sunday evenings throughout the school year, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Where: SMA School.
- Important Note: Parents are responsible for dropping off and picking up their children at the specified times.
- Pizza, snacks, and water will be provided at each session.
