APPLICATION INFORMATION & NEXT STEPS

Submitting this application does not bind you to any agreement or financial commitment. The purpose of this application is to provide you with the details of the Tanzania Work Mission Trip, including the itinerary, trip cost, payment schedule, policies, and expectations.

After your application has been submitted, a member of the Outside The Walls International Ministries (OTWIM) team will contact you to discuss the trip, answer any questions you may have, and assist you with the process of securing your spot on the mission team.

Your Trip Cost Includes:

TRIP COST — $4,500 PER PERSON

The total cost for the May 16–29, 2027 Tanzania Work Mission Trip is $4,500 per person.

Our goal is to make your mission experience as smooth and meaningful as possible while giving you the opportunity to serve, build relationships, experience Tanzania, and share the love of Jesus Christ.

Your $4,500 investment helps provide the essentials needed for your two-week mission experience while you serve alongside OTWIM in Tanzania.

Tanzania Work Mission Trip | May 16–29, 2027

Total Trip Cost: $4,500.00 per person

A $200.00 deposit is required to hold your spot on the mission team. The remaining balance will be divided into four equal payments of $1,075.00.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I understand the total cost of the mission trip, payment amounts, and due dates. I agree to make my payments according to the established payment schedule.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

 

✈️ FLIGHT & TRIP FUND POLICY

Once your flight has been purchased, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please make sure you are fully committed to the mission trip before purchasing the airfare.

 

Mission Trip Funds:

All trip funds paid toward your mission trip are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to participate in the scheduled trip, your paid mission trip funds may be applied toward a future OTWIM mission trip.

Please note that airfare is subject to the airline's individual policies and is separate from the transfer of mission trip funds.

WHILE MAY & JULY WORK MISSION TRIPS

Both the May and July Work Mission Trips are structured in much the same way. Each trip is designed to give participants the opportunity to serve through work projects, evangelism, worship, community outreach, feeding programs, and time with the people of Tanzania.

While the overall itinerary and mission experience will be similar, some activities may vary, especially feeding opportunities. Feeding events depend on the community's needs, available resources, and the ministry schedule for your specific trip.

Our goal is not simply to follow a schedule, but to remain flexible and respond to where God leads us and where there is a need.

No matter which trip you choose, our purpose remains the same: to serve, share the Gospel, show the love of Jesus Christ, and make an impact in the lives of the people we encounter.
