GTM Engineer Application

Own the outbound engine at an email infrastructure business.

Your role: build and run our entire outbound motion from zero, end to end. List building, enrichment, copy, sending infrastructure, daily reporting. You will not be managing client accounts. You will be selling to a market of lead gen agencies with a product 3,000+ customers already pay for. When an outbound agency needs inboxes that do not burn, they come to us.

- 3+ years personally running cold outbound
- hands-on cold email campaign experience
- prior experience building an outbound team.

Comp: $7,500-12,000/month base plus uncapped rev share on pipeline generated. Fully remote, async with UK/EU overlap. You report directly to the founders.
