• Accessible Visit - Subsequent Visit

Please note, this form is for employed carers or support workers to request a visit with free carer tickets; please DO NOT fill it out if you are an in-family carer (e.g. spouse, parent, sibling or child) with a disabled child or adult in your family. This is a form for a SUBSEQUENT or FURTHER VISIT to the farm assuming that you have already filled out the FIRST VISIT FORM and attended at least once before.
  • Why do carers and support workers need to fill in this form?

This form confirms that the details you gave on your first visit form are unchanged and gives us advance warning of your visit so we can ensure that we are ready to provide any support to make the visit go smoothly. We can also authorise any free carer entry. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION!
  • Is this a booking?

This is not your booking. It is just a heads up that you are visiting again and a request that we pre-authorise the free carer entry. On arrival, please state that you have submitted a subsequent visit form and we should have you in our desk diary at the admission shop.

  • Entry Policy Play Barn

The Big Play Barn is designed for children aged 12 years and under and is not available for general use by older visitors. The following rules apply equally to all visitors: Children aged 12 years and under are welcome to use the play equipment. Visitors aged 13 years and over may enter the Play Barn only when accompanying and supervising a younger sibling or close family member aged 12 years or under. Admission to the Play Barn will NOT be permitted for teenagers (13+) or adults in any other circumstances. These age restrictions are based on the design, safe operation and intended use of the play equipment and apply to all visitors.
  • Entry Policy Farm

The Farm Park welcomes visitors of all ages, and teenagers and adults are welcome to enjoy the animals and the wider attraction. Many of our organised animal activities, such as handling sessions and interactive experiences, are specifically designed for young children. To ensure the welfare of our animals and provide the best experience for our younger visitors, these activities will generally be reserved for children. Participation by older visitors may be permitted at the discretion of our staff where it is appropriate, safe and practical to do so.
  • I confirm that the supervising carer will remain responsible for the supervision and support of the visitor throughout the visit and will provide the level of supervision reasonably required to ensure their safety and the safety and wellbeing of other visitors, staff and animals.*
  • On submission of this enquiry

Our farm manager will assess the visit request and will contact you either to confirm the registration or enter into a further dialogue should they have any further questions or suggestions.
