Please complete all fields and upload a copy of the receipt for any parking permits purchased for the current year or a copy of the revocation notice and receipt for payment of the appeal fee.

The Parking Appeals Board is scheduled to meet monthly if there are filed appeals. You will receive a notification your appeal has been received. When the appeal is scheduled for a hearing, you will receive a notice with the meeting details. This is a public meeting.

The Board will consider the evidence provided at the hearing and issue a written decision within 5 business days.

**Notice: All appeals forms and documentation are public records and subject to review under Florida statutes.
