NOMTOC 2027 Table Order Form

Ball Date - January 23, 2027
Cost of Tables: $1,500.00

Tables Sales will include:
- 10 tickets to the Coronation Ball
- Table that seats 10 people
- Table will include:
  - 1 Black tablecloth
  - 10 chair covers
  - 1 centerpiece
  - 1 tray of sandwiches
  - 1 pan of hot wings
  - Ice (refillable bucket)
  - Napkins, plates, and utensils for the food ordered will be provided
  - NOTE: Any additional food must be ordered through the Convention Center (No outside food permitted) Food list will be provided
- Table Renter will provide:
  - Any alcohol, soda, or water
Tables will be sold by invoice ONLY!
- Initial payment of $300 to reserve the table (Non-refundable)
- Table must be paid in full by November 21st or money is forfeited.
- Table selection will be done in the order that tables are fully paid for
