Candy by the Carload Guidelines

Sunday October 25th 4-6pm, 260 Adventure Park Drive
🎃 Family-friendly costumes and vehicle decorations are highly encouraged!

🚗 I will arrive before 3:30 p.m. to allow ample time for setup and decorating, and expect to remain at the event until 6:30 p.m.

🍬 I will be prepared to provide about 750 pieces of individually wrapped candy, trinkets, or swag for attendees.

📣 I understand that I am welcome to promote my organization and share information about our programs and services.

💼 I understand that sales pitches and direct selling are prohibited during the event.

🛡️ I understand that my organization is ultimately responsible for the safety of the public in and around our vehicle.

🌧️ I understand that Candy by the Carload is a rain-or-shine event. In the event of thunder or lightning, the event will be cancelled for safety reasons.
