Join the City of Poughkeepsie, MASS Design, and Scenic Hudson for two free events with James Rojas of Place It! and John Kamp of Prairieform to reimagine our relationship with the creek.
English/Spanish interpretation services will be available.
1 PUBLIC LECTURE + CONVERSATION

Join planners and authors, James Rojas and John Kamp to learn how hands-on, sensory approaches can help bring fresh ideas into community planning and neighborhood projects.

2 SENSORY CREEK WALK + WORKSHOP

Walk along the creek, notice what you see, hear, feel, and remember. We will use our senses to help plan a future for the creek and the public spaces around it.
