Some things to keep in mind while completing this form:

- Price quotes are an estimation of the final price. Your final price may vary day of, depending on size, placement, or design changes.

- Deposits are required for all appointments and are taken off your tattoo's total cost.

- Logan is typically booking two or more months out for medium to large pieces.

- Justin, Kara, and Kendahl are usually booking two-three weeks out.

- Apprentices El and Taylor currently have lower rates as they gain experience.
