By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the following Group Volunteering requirements:
Location & Experience:
All group volunteer opportunities take place onsite at our shelter and include a facility tour, a meaningful service project, and time to interact with some of our cats and dogs.
Minimum Donation:
Group volunteer opportunities require a minimum donation based on the anticipated group size. This donation helps provide food, shelter, and medical care to at-risk dogs and cats in our care. Donation details will be coordinated with the Volunteer Coordinator once your volunteer opportunity is scheduled.
Weather:
Most, if not all, of your volunteer experience will take place outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, your volunteer opportunity may need to be rescheduled.
Age Requirement:
All volunteers must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
What to Wear:
Please wear closed-toe shoes and clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty.
What to Bring:
Volunteers are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. During warmer months, sunscreen and insect repellent are also recommended.
Personal Pets:
Please leave personal pets at home. This helps protect the health and safety of your pets as well as the animals in our shelter.
