Upload your unofficial transcripts from all coursework completed, including coursework you completed at TMCC. Note that in order to be processed, your official transcripts must be submitted directly to TMCC's Admissions and Records Office in a timely manner.

In addition to submitting unofficial transcripts, you must complete a credit evaluation for transfer courses (contact TMCC Academic Advisement for more information). Please verify in your TMCC student account that all transfers have been processed.

Please note that a course evaluation must be completed prior to admission. It is the student's responsibility to initiate this process. In addition to the required Nursing courses, students may be required to complete certain General Education courses, including CH 203, ENG 102, and MATH 126, as applicable. Students must also fulfill the NSHE diversity requirement by completing NURS 212 (Cultural Aspects of Nursing Care) at TMCC or an equivalent diversity course at TMCC or another accredited institution.
