Reserve your party with a $50 deposit and a minimum of 10 guests. Each guest may pay for their own project, or the host may cover the entire group the day of the party. No minimum pottery price required! Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

What project is your group interested in completing? Your choice does not have to be final—it simply helps us prepare and ensure we have enough supplies available.

Seating Policy: Tables and chairs are reserved for attendees who are painting. We understand that most young children will have an accompanying adult, but please note that the maximum seating available for any party is 24 chairs. If you anticipate more than 24 guests, we will not be able to accommodate the additional seating. Please keep this in mind when planning your invitations. Type out your full name to acknowledge you have read and understood this statement.
Parties are allotted 2 hours of studio time with 15 minutes prior for set up and 15 minutes for clean up. Other patrons may be present in the studio at the same time as your party. The studio DOES NOT close for a party. Parties will have reserved tables for painting and buffet tables for food, drinks, gifts. If the party requires additional tables to accommodate guests who are not painting, an additional $25 per table per hour fee will be added. An additional $50 per hour will be added for decorating time that requires more than the allotted 15 minutes and when we are able to accommodate. Parties may be booked during regular business hours. Wednesday - Appointment Only Thursday 11-7 - Friday-Saturday 1PM - 9PM, Sunday 12PM - 6PM. If you choose to host a party longer than 2 hours, an additional $50 per hour will be added. If you would like an after-hours event, we can accommodate your request with an additional $100 per hour fee on top of party costs.
All parties are welcome to bring their own food and beverages (alcohol is acceptable). As well as your own decorations. You will be responsible for plates, napkins, utensils, ice. It is recommended for party to bring an ice chest to keep drinks and foods cold. Party host is responsible for cleaning up their trash and decorations.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - All party deposits are non-refundable. Parties may be rescheduled one time when at least seven days’ notice is provided. The new party date must be scheduled within 60 days and is subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than seven days before the party will result in the loss of the deposit. Custom items, personalized projects and add-ons that have already been prepared or ordered are non-refundable and must be paid in full. No-shows will forfeit the deposit. If Sun City Sawdust must cancel your party, you may choose a full refund or transfer all payments to a new date.
