• Put the safety, wellbeing and development of children before winning.
• Create a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for every player.
• Treat players fairly and provide meaningful opportunities to participate and develop.
• Model respectful behaviour toward players, families, officials, volunteers and opponents.
• Communicate clearly, professionally and through approved club channels.
• Work collaboratively with the Team Manager, assistant coaches and club leadership.
• Protect confidential player and family information.
• Follow all AFL, league and club policies, codes of conduct and child-safeguarding requirements.
• Maintain all required accreditations and compliance documents.
• Accept feedback, participate in development opportunities and continue learning.
• Represent Frankston YCW Junior Football Club positively at all times.
