  • Deposit

    A deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments. Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable and will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo unless otherwise stated. Please review the deposit policy carefully before submitting your booking request. Appointment dates are not guaranteed until your deposit has been received and confirmed.

By checking the agreement box below, I acknowledge and agree that: I am 18 years of age or older and possess a valid government-issued photo ID. All information I have provided is truthful and complete. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to reserve my appointment. Deposits apply toward the final tattoo price unless I violate the cancellation policy. I understand tattoo pricing varies depending on size, placement, complexity, and session length. I agree to arrive on time for my appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and may result in forfeiture of my deposit. I agree to notify the artist at least 48 hours in advance if I need to reschedule. Failure to provide proper notice, repeated cancellations, or no-shows will result in loss of my deposit. I understand that tattooing involves permanent changes to my skin. I understand that healed tattoos may require touch-ups, which may incur an additional fee unless otherwise discussed. I agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by my tattoo artist. I understand that poor aftercare, excessive sun exposure, picking, scratching, or failure to follow instructions may negatively affect healing and final results. I understand that tattoo placement over scars, stretch marks, or previously tattooed skin may heal differently. I understand that consuming alcohol or recreational drugs before my appointment is prohibited and may result in cancellation. I understand my artist reserves the right to refuse service for any reason involving health, safety, inappropriate behavior, or unrealistic expectations. I release the tattoo artist and studio from liability for complications resulting from failure to disclose medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
