• Child Safety Interview

  • By completing this form, you consent to providing limited personal information via Jotform, a secure third-party platform used by the University of Auckland, for the express purpose of booking your Child Safety Interview time.

    You will be asked to provide your:

    • Full name
    • UoA Student ID
    • Email address

    Please make sure these details are correct and match the information on your application so that we can correctly identify you in our records.

    Once the form has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming your booking details, including the Zoom link for your interview.

    You will also recieve an email reminder closer to the time of your interview.

  • PLEASE NOTE:

    • This form may only be submitted once.
    • To ensure the stability of the schedule, once you have booked in a time, you are expected to attend your interview on the date and time that you have chosen.
    • Due to the large number of applicants involved, you are not able to cancel or re-schedule your booking.
    • If there are extenuating circumstances beyond your control, you will need to contact safteychecks@auckland.ac.nz for assistance. Please note, flexibility will be limited.

  • TIME ZONES:

    • Applicants interviewing from outside of New Zealand are responsible for converting their interview time into their local timezone.
    • All interviews will take place on weekdays between the business hours of 9:00am - 6:00pm, New Zealand Local Time.
    • There is an adjustable timezone button you can use to help you when booking.
    • Your confirmation email will display your appointment time, with timezone attached, to avoid any confusion about when your interview will happen.
