• Junior ACE Application

  • The ACE Program is First Tee's premier teen leadership and college readiness experience. ACE helps participants discover their strengths, explore career and educational opportunities, develop leadership skills, serve their communities, and create a meaningful plan for their future. Through hands-on experiences, mentorship, and personal growth opportunities, ACE prepares teens for success both on and off the golf course.

    Junior ACE is the prerequisite program for students interested in joining the ACE Program. Designed to build the foundation for future ACE members, Junior ACE challenges participants to demonstrate leadership, responsibility, commitment, and professionalism. Students will complete projects, participate in community service initiatives, volunteer as coaches, and present in front of peers, staff, and guests to strengthen their communication and public speaking skills. Because Junior ACE serves as a pathway into ACE, participants are expected to maintain consistent attendance, positive behavior, and a strong dedication to program expectations throughout the session.

    Junior ACE is more than a class. It is an opportunity for students to grow as leaders, serve others, and prepare for the next step in their personal, academic, and professional journey.
