- Completed application form
- Typed essay (double spaced, Times New Roman, no larger than 12pt, 300-500 words) Describe what significant high school event/experience impacted your future college educational goals? How did you learn from it? How will you apply what you have learned? How did this event help you to realize your potential as you move further in your next academic pursuit? Include any additional outside experiences (i.e., work, community service, travel, etc.) which has contributed to your educational goal.

Resume should include your club/activity/sport participation
- Transcript through first semester of senior year (or through junior year if applying earlier)
- One recommendation from a THS coach, teacher, or administrator
- One recommendation from a community member not affiliated with THS or your family
