Nominee Disclosure Statement
The Nomination Application to the Black Rose Awards is FREE. This application DOES NOT GUARANTEE an official Nomination. The Black Rose Award Committee will review all applications and provide each applicant with an official Nomination Denial notice or Acceptance Letter within 10-14 days of receipt.
✦ No Membership Required to Participate
A nomination does not require the purchase of a membership package. If accepted, nominees will be placed on the official voting ballot and community roster completely free of charge.
Membership packages are optional and are available to nominees who wish to access additional campaign tools, promotional activities, and elevated visibility opportunities. Package options range from the Standard Package up to the All-Inclusive Elite Package. Acceptable payment methods are: Apple Pay, CashApp, Zelle, and PayPal (via Debit/Credit).
Accepting your nomination invite will place you on the voting ballot and official roster. A Nomination does not constitute the granting of an award. The final decision regarding all award recipients rests solely with the Black Rose Awards Committee.
Protection & Disclosure Clause
By engaging with the Black Rose Awards and their affiliates, the Client agrees that any public display of slander, defamatory statements, harassment, or negative association directed toward the Black Rose Awards or their affiliates will result in immediate termination of services and revocation from current and future participation.
Administrative License & Fee Clause
By accepting nomination status, the nominee grants The Black Rose Awards and their affiliates the irrevocable, worldwide right to use the Client's name, image, likeness, and related media in connection with promotional efforts.
