Program Application
Get hands-on culinary training and build the skills needed to pursue a career in Hawai‘i’s food service industry. Over five weeks, participants will gain practical kitchen experience, professional workplace skills, and Food Safety Certification.

Participants who complete the five-week program will continue with a six-week culinary internship to gain real-world food service experience.

Please note: Participation is a two-step process.

Limited spots available. A $150 refundable deposit is required. Participants must complete both the five-week training and six-week internship to receive their refund.
