    Your corresponding monthly Fresha package is manually activated.

    05 — Book your appointment
    Book through Fresha at Johannesburg CBD or Braamfontein.

    06 — Enjoy your monthly benefit
    Your eligible service is redeemed from your Fresha package.

    Important:
    PayFast handles your recurring membership payment. Fresha handles your appointments and package benefits.

  • MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Membership 

    • Membership is available to currently enrolled students.
    • Valid student verification is required.
    • Membership can be used at Johannesburg CBD or Braamfontein.
    • Membership is personal and non-transferable.
    • All loc lengths are included.                                                                                       

    Monthly Benefit

    • One eligible loc-care session is included per billing period according to the selected membership.
    • Essential includes Retwist & Style.
    • Care and Premium allow the member to choose from Retwist & Style, Crochet Maintenance or Loc Treatment.
    • Unused monthly sessions do not roll over.
    • Membership benefits have no cash value.

    Discounts

    • Discounts apply only to the services/products specified for the selected membership.
    • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless approved by Carlocs.
    • Hair, extensions, additional materials and non-included services remain payable.

    Payment

    • Appointments must be booked through Fresha.
    • Membership does not guarantee a specific date or time.
    • Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply.
