Important Dates:
• Vendor application deadline: Friday, September 4th, 2026
• Selected vendors notified: Monday, September 7th, 2026
• Vendor fee deadline: 7pm, Friday, September 11th, 2026

Important Details to Remember:

-Please ensure your application is complete and submitted before the deadline.

-Every vendor station must be presentation ready by 3:45pm Day of event.

-Break down is at 9pm sharp.

-(1) additional helper is permitted free of charge, any additional workers needed will be $30 per person.

-Please bring any additional equipment, power cords or cleaning supplies you may need for your station.

-Please ensure payment process is clear and concise. The use of printed/posted QR codes is highly recommended.
