2026 Year-End OT-led Holiday Programme
A 3-day Occupational Therapist-led holiday programme for neurodivergent & neurotypical children aged 7–10 years old.

(The child is recommended to attend Level 1 (I am Sensory Smart) before joining this programme.)

Building on the body-awareness concepts introduced in [Level 1 - I Am Sensory Smart], Knowing Myself: I Am Brain and Body Smart helps children connect what they notice in their bodies with practical thinking strategies for everyday challenges.

Through fun, hands-on activities led by Principal Occupational Therapist, Sharyn Koh, your child will learn to:
- Review body cues and “engine levels”, and explore strategies to help their bodies and brains get ready for different activities
- Recognise their Inner Coach and Inner Critic, and practise using helpful self-talk during challenging moments
- Understand the Size of the Problem, notice the intensity of their feelings and choose a response that matches the situation
- Learn the ABCs of Boredom, so they can recognise when they are bored and decide what to do next

Sharyn is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist who works with children and adolescents. Her practice incorporates sensory integration, handwriting without tears, therapeutic listening, the ALERT Programme, and SOS Approach to Feeding.

For the programme to run, a minimum of 3 child per run is required to start. If the programme does not meet the minimum, we will reach out to you.

This programme is for children (age 7-10) who can join group activities, follow instructions in a structured setting, and engage with peers independently. It offers learning through play and is not a therapy-based programme.
