Your responses will be kept confidential and will not affect the services you receive at Aliveness Project. Survey findings will be shared in summary form so that individual members are not identified. We value your honesty and encourage you to share your experiences openly.
We will present the results back to our community through a special presentation at Aliveness Project. We will also share key findings in other formats, such as social media and email, so everyone can see how their input is making a difference.
