5K Walk Registration

By signing below, I acknowledge that participation in the Unit for a Cure 5K Walk is voluntary and may involve risks associated with walking, running, outdoor conditions, traffic, falls, physical exertion, and other activities related to the event. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Unit for a Cure, its organizers, officers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, agents, and representatives from claims or liability for injury, illness, loss, or property damage arising from my participation in the event, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived. I certify that I am physically able to participate and understand that I am responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for me. If I am signing for a minor, I certify that I am the minor’s parent or legal guardian and consent to the minor’s participation. By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understand this Release of Liability and voluntarily agree to its terms.
