Thank you for your interest in participating in Holiday Forest Fair on December 12, 2026! Held at the Mustard Seed Garden Center in Chaska, MN, this is a curated marketplace celebrating foraging, nature, handmade goods, wild foods, art, education, and all things forest-inspired. We have a limited number of vendor spaces available. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All vendors are reviewed and approved individually. If your application is approved, you will receive a separate invitation to complete your registration, submit your ST19 form, and pay your vendor fee. More info at chickofthewoods.com.

Please note: Booth spaces are smaller than some other events you may have attended. We are cozy here and we make do with the space we have. Booth spaces are 8' wide by 6' deep with no extra space separating you from your neighbor. If this doesn't work for you, please don't apply. A 6' table works great in the space provided, but you are welcome to take up as much space as you want without spilling out of the space or into the walkway. Booth spaces are $95 for one space, $160 for two spaces, and $40 extra if you want a corner booth.
