  • Policies & Regulations

  • General: Members of Pike Lake are expected to respect and adhere to the Club's policies and regulations. We expect our members to uphold the highest standards of personal conduct so to reflect a positive image for other members and guests.
  • Check-in: All golfers are required to sign in at the Pro Shop 20 minutes before scheduled tee time. All play must start on the designated first tee unless otherwise stated by the Pro Shop staff. Jumping courses or holes is prohibited during play.
  • Tee Time Booking: Tee times can be booked online or by telephone. Members can book 14 days in advance with guests booking 7 days in advance. Members are expected to reserve tee times in advance and are encouraged to book in foursomes especially during peak times. Openings in any twosomes or threesomes will be filled by the Pro shop staff as necessary. No-shows or duplicate bookings may result in loss of booking privileges.
  • Dress Code: All Members and Guests are required to wear suitable attire on the course and in the Clubhouse facilities.
  • Handicaps: The Golf Canada Handicap System fee is included in your membership fee. Benefits of the Member Package include:
    • Pocket Caddie Booklet with member benefit details and reference guide to rules, handicapping and the game. In addition, personalized Member Card and Bag Tag
    • Golf Canada Equipment ID labels that connect you to lost clubs through an innovative online tracking system, personalized and pre-connected to the existing member account. With private identification labels to affix to clubs or other valuable equipment, mobile-friendly tracking system allows finders to message you the location of your club for pick-up, and no personal information shared.
    • Golf Canada Incident Protection provides up to $2,500 reimbursement for damaged, lost, or stolen equipment.
    • Broken Window Protection with reimbursement for damages up to $1,000 towards the cost of repairing or replacing windows.
    • Golf Canada Incident Protection covers you in the event of an unfortunate, and potentially costly, golf cart accident with coverage for damages up to $2,500.
  • Charge Accounts: Charge accounts are available to all members through the Pro Shop. Monthly statements will be emailed at the start of each month with payment for invoices processed through your online login. Outstanding accounts will be charged interest at a monthly rate of 2%.
  • Pike Lake Alcohol Policy: In accordance with the Ontario Liquor Laws, NO alcoholic beverages, other than those sold by Pike Lake in our licensed premises or from its cart on the golf course shall be brought to or consumed on the premises. Pike Lake Management & Staff want our guests to have a very safe and pleasant stay every time you visit our facilities. Members and guests are encouraged to use and enjoy our facilities, but Pike Lake requires everyone to comply with all of its policies and procedures, and the laws of the Province of Ontario, including all rules and regulations of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission with respect to the service and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
