About Our Monthly Family Days
Piles Ranch is excited to begin hosting Monthly Family Days at the Ranch!
Our goal is to create a relaxed, family-friendly day where our community can come out to enjoy the farm, visit the animals, fish at the pond, spend time together, and shop from a small selection of local vendors and food businesses.
Unlike many of our traditional farm events, Family Days will not be strictly ticketed events. Guests will be able to make plans ahead of time or simply decide to come spend the day with us. Based on similar events we've hosted in the past, we've welcomed 100–150 guests in just a two-hour period, and we're excited to see how these days grow over time.
For Our Vendors
Family Days will be offered on select dates throughout the year. Vendors do not have to commit to every date. When dates are released, approved vendors will have the opportunity to participate based on their availability.
We also plan to keep our vendor market small and intentionally curated. Our goal is not to fill the property with as many vendors as possible—we want participating vendors to have a genuine opportunity to make sales and connect with new customers.
Because of this, we will limit vendors offering very similar products at the same event whenever possible. For example, we don't want two small businesses selling nearly identical products set up beside one another and competing for the same customers.
We truly want this to be beneficial for our guests, our vendors, and the ranch.
Submitting this form does not require you to participate in every Family Day or guarantee placement at a specific event. It simply lets us learn more about your business and add you to our list of potential vendors as dates become available.
