    We’re excited to invite local vendors to be part of this unforgettable celebration! The 2026 Teen Summer Musical Peter Pan: Ready to Rise - a high-energy, soul-stirring show featuring some of Seattle’s most talented youth.

    We have 10–12 vendor spaces available, and bookings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Don’t miss your chance to showcase your business and be part of this community-centered, Black Broadway-inspired experience!

    Sunday, August 30 l 1:00 PM -  5:00 PM - Showtime: 3pm

    Marion Oliver McCaw Hall has elevator and ramp access. Please consider this when planning your vendor setup, especially if it includes heavy items or requires an elaborate arrangement.

    Table Fee Package:


    $75 per show or $200 full show run.

    Choose any, multiple, or all shows to be a vendor. Complete registration includes:

    One Complimentary Ticket to attend the show.
    Pre- and Post-Show Mentions & Tags across our social media channels.
    Program Placement for added visibility.

    Venue capacity: 2900 seats (projected 10k+ attendees across all shows).
