    Please complete this form to register as a Head Coach and agree to all league policies and releases. Coaches who complete this registration will serve as the primary contact for all communication between the league, officials, and their team throughout the season.

  • Sideline Code of Conduct
    To keep the game safe, fun, and positive for everyone, all coaches, players, parents, and spectators must follow these rules:

    ✅ Encourage players — Cheer and support; do not criticize or belittle players.

    ✅ Respect referees — Calls are final. Arguing with or disrespecting officials will not be tolerated.

    ✅ Respect opponents — No taunting, threats, harassment, or inappropriate trash talk.

    ✅ Sideline access — Only coaches and personnel approved by the coaching staff are permitted on the sidelines.

    ✅ Stay positive — No profanity, aggressive yelling, fighting, threats, or disruptive behavior.

    ✅ Player safety first — Follow all injury protocols and never pressure a child to play while injured.

    ✅ Substance-free zone — No drugs, alcohol, vaping, or smoking at the fields or on the sidelines.

    Coach Responsibility
    Coaches are responsible for the conduct of their players, coaching staff, parents, and spectators. Coaches are expected to address inappropriate behavior and assist league officials in maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

    🚫 Violations may result in removal from the league. Serious or repeated violations may lead to suspensions of the following season when warranted, or up to one full calendar year.

    These consequences may apply to the individual, coach, player, parent, spectator, or team involved.

  • Risk of Injury – Coaching and being on the sidelines involves risk. I accept full responsibility for my safety.

    I assume all risks and hazards to being on the field, incidental to all participation and do forever RELEASE, acquit, discharge, and covenant to hold harmless The Drip Mission LLC, any volunteers, and their representatives, from any and all liability from any and all actions, causes of action, and claims for any injury or damage, and any and all liability for any such injury or damage.

    I hereby authorize the personnel of The Drip Mission LLC to take any necessary steps for the required medical treatment for myself. I hereby release The Drip Mission LLC and its personnel from any and all liability for any medical treatment decisions made for the treatment of myself

  • MEDIA RELEASE: The Drip Mission LLC has my permission to use my photographs or videos publicly to promote the Drip Mission. I understand that the images or videos may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
