Ten Tavern Community Donations & Fundraising
As a small, locally owned business, Ten Tavern is proud to support local schools, teams, nonprofits, community organizations, and causes that are important to our customers. Supporting our restaurant allows us to give back to the community that supports us.

Because we receive many requests and have a limited annual donation budget, we are unfortunately unable to fulfill every request. We offer several ways to help, including direct donations and fundraising opportunities.

Please review the options below and select the one that best fits your organization.

Donation Options
Ten Tavern Gift Card
Gift cards may be donated to approved organizations for raffles, auctions, school events, charity events, and other fundraising activities. Gift card amounts are based on availability and our current donation budget.

Tickets to a Ten Tavern Themed Event
We may donate tickets to select upcoming Ten Tavern events, such as bingo, music bingo, trivia, or other themed events. Tickets can be used for raffles, auctions, prizes, or giveaways.

Restaurant Fundraising Options
1. Dine-In Fundraiser Night
Invite your supporters to dine at Ten Tavern on a designated night, and your organization will receive a percentage of qualifying sales generated by your group, typically 10%.

This is an easy option with no ticket sales or meal distribution required.

2. Takeout Meal Fundraiser
This can be one of our most profitable fundraising options.

Choose from one to four meal options at an agreed-upon price, generally $15–$20 per meal. Your organization sets the selling price and keeps the difference.

Example: Purchase meals for $15, sell them for $25, and your organization earns $10 per meal. Sell 100 meals and raise $1,000.

Takeout fundraisers can include breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Options may include breakfast burritos, sandwiches, boxed lunches, and dinner plates.

This is also a great option for workplace sales. Encourage supporters to sell meals to coworkers or purchase lunch for an entire office.

On the fundraiser date, customers simply pick up their prepaid meals from Ten Tavern during the designated pickup time.

3. Private Themed Event Fundraiser
Make fundraising a fun experience! Ten Tavern can host a private event for your organization, such as:

Themed Bingo
Music Bingo
Trivia
Family Feud-Style Games
Other customized events
Depending on the event and what is included, your organization's cost is generally around $25 per person. You set your own ticket price and keep the difference.

Example: If your cost is $25 per guest and you sell tickets for $40, your organization earns $15 per ticket.

With 60–100 guests, these events can provide a great fundraising opportunity and potentially raise $1,000–$2,000 or more, depending on attendance and ticket price.

Important Information About Requests
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Donations and fundraiser dates are based on availability, our donation budget, and existing community commitments.

Due to the large number of requests we receive, we may not be able to respond to every submission. If we are able to fulfill your donation request, we will contact you by phone or email with the details and, when applicable, a designated pickup date and time.

Please do not call or visit the restaurant to check on the status of a donation request. Our restaurant staff is focused on serving our guests and does not handle donation requests or approvals.
