Heavenly’s Property Maintenance — Service Policy
1. Service Requests & Scheduling
Submitting a service request does not guarantee an appointment. All requests are reviewed individually. A service is not considered scheduled until Heavenly’s Property Maintenance confirms the date, time, and service with the customer.
2. Minimum Service Charge
Our minimum service charge is $50. Final pricing is based on the size, condition, accessibility, and scope of the requested work. Additional charges may apply for properties requiring excessive cleanup, heavy overgrowth, debris removal, or work beyond the originally requested service.
3. Estimates & Quotes
All quotes and estimates are provided in person after we inspect the property. We will take the time to look over the property, discuss the services you are requesting, and evaluate the condition and scope of the work. Pricing will be discussed with the customer during the on-site estimate.
4. Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property because of a locked gate, blocked driveway, unavailable access code, or other preventable issue, we may have to reschedule.
5. Pets
Pets must be secured before our arrival and remain secured while work is being performed. Heavenly’s Property Maintenance is not responsible for pets that escape due to the customer failing to properly secure them.
6. Property Hazards
Customers must disclose known hazards, including but not limited to hidden sprinkler heads, invisible fences, buried objects, electrical cords, pet waste, unstable structures, holes, debris, or other conditions that could create a safety risk or damage equipment.
7. Personal Property
Customers are responsible for removing toys, decorations, hoses, cords, lawn furniture, pet items, and other personal belongings from areas being serviced. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid visible items; however, we cannot be responsible for damage to items that were left in the service area.
8. Weather & Conditions
Services may be postponed due to rain, severe weather, excessive moisture, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. Rescheduling due to weather does not constitute a cancellation of service.
9. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Customers should provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling. Repeated cancellations, last-minute cancellations, or missed appointments may affect future scheduling and may result in a cancellation or trip fee.
10. Lawn Conditions
Extremely tall or overgrown grass, heavy weeds, excessive leaves, branches, trash, animal waste, or other debris may require additional time and equipment. Such conditions may result in additional charges. We will communicate this when possible before beginning additional work.
11. Recurring Services
Requesting weekly, biweekly, or monthly service does not automatically guarantee a permanent service schedule. Recurring service is subject to availability, weather, property conditions, and our ability to maintain the requested schedule.
12. Payment
Payment is due according to the payment terms provided at the time of service. Customers are responsible for the full agreed-upon amount for completed work. Any additional work requested after the original agreement may result in an additional charge.
13. Workmanship
We take pride in providing quality service. If you have a concern regarding completed work, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
14. Damage
We take reasonable precautions to protect your property. However, Heavenly’s Property Maintenance cannot be responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed objects, improperly marked underground utilities, or hazards that were not disclosed to us.
15. Photos & Videos
With customer permission, Heavenly’s Property Maintenance may photograph or record the property before, during, or after service for promotional and social media purposes. Customers may decline this permission without affecting their ability to receive service.
16. Service Area
Service availability depends on location, scheduling, and workload. Submitting a request does not guarantee that we service the property.
17. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
Heavenly’s Property Maintenance reserves the right to decline or discontinue service when conditions are unsafe, abusive or inappropriate behavior occurs, payment issues arise, access is repeatedly unavailable, or the requested work falls outside the services we provide.
18. Customer Agreement
By submitting a service request, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to these policies and understand that submitting the form is not a confirmed appointment. Services are only confirmed once Heavenly’s Property Maintenance provides confirmation.
