    Position Summary

A Continuous Charity (ACC) is seeking a creative, organized, and mission-driven Digital Marketing & Content Creation Fellow to grow ACC’s digital presence and produce consistent, high-quality content that brings its mission to life.

ACC provides interest-free educational loans to students across the country. The fellow will help ACC communicate this mission by developing marketing strategies, managing social media, designing promotional materials, and recording stories featuring students, awardees, donors, staff members, volunteers, and community partners.

This position combines marketing strategy with hands-on content creation. The fellow will help determine what content ACC should create and then turn those ideas into videos, graphics, captions, social media posts, and digital campaigns.

The fellow must be based in Dallas and available to attend local ACC events, interviews, and recording opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work with the ACC team to develop a clear digital marketing and social media strategy.
Identify the audiences, messages, and content formats that will help ACC reach students, donors, supporters, and community partners.
    • Create and maintain a monthly content calendar that supports consistent posting and regular video production.
    • Develop compelling stories for student-impact campaigns, donor engagement, fundraising initiatives, events, workshops, and organizational updates.
    • Plan, coordinate, and record in-person video and audio content throughout the Dallas area.
    • Record student testimonials, donor reflections, awardee and alumni stories, staff interviews, educational videos, event coverage, and campaign content.
Coordinate and support virtual interviews and recordings using Riverside or similar platforms.
    • Ensure recordings have clear audio, appropriate lighting, strong framing, and a professional presentation.
    • Assist with setting up and breaking down recording equipment when filming in person.
    • Edit or prepare short-form and long-form videos for social media, fundraising, outreach, and other organizational needs.
    • Draft, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    • Create reels, posts, stories, captions, campaign visuals, flyers, event graphics, and promotional materials using Canva.
    • Adapt content, messaging, length, and calls to action for each social media platform and target audience.
    • Engage thoughtfully with ACC’s online community and help strengthen relationships with students, donors, and supporters.
    • Support the digital promotion of ACC events, campaigns, workshops, fundraising initiatives, and community programs.
    • Organize videos, photographs, graphics, templates, captions, and other media assets for future use.
    • Monitor social media performance and recommend ways to improve reach, engagement, consistency, and campaign results.
    • Maintain ACC’s voice, branding, mission, and professional image across all digital content.
    • Handle student stories and personal financial experiences with sensitivity, confidentiality, care, and respect.

    Qualifications

    • Must be based in Dallas, Texas, and available for regular in-person filming, events, and content opportunities.
    • Experience or a strong interest in digital marketing, social media, content creation, video production, communications, or nonprofit marketing.
    • Familiarity with multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    • Comfortable using Canva to create flyers, social media posts, stories, presentations, and basic marketing graphics.
    • Comfortable recording audio and video both in person and online.
Basic understanding of lighting, framing, sound quality, interviewing, and recording best practices.
    • Strong writing, communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make interviewees feel comfortable and represent their stories accurately and respectfully.
    • Creative, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to meet deadlines.
Able to coordinate recording schedules with students, donors, staff members, and community partners.
    • Able to work collaboratively, follow creative direction, receive feedback, and take initiative.
    • Passion for ACC’s mission and helping students access education without interest-based debt.
    • Experience with Riverside, CapCut, Descript, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms is preferred, but a willingness to learn is acceptable.
    • Previous experience with nonprofit organizations, Muslim community organizations, student groups, fundraising, or campus outreach is a plus.

    Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate can take an idea from concept to completion. They can identify the audience and message, plan the story, record it professionally, create supporting visuals, publish it on the appropriate platforms, and evaluate the results.

They understand that digital marketing is not simply about posting content. It is about building trust, educating the community, sharing meaningful stories, and inspiring people to support students in need.

    Expected Outcomes

By the end of the fellowship, the Digital Marketing & Content Creation Fellow will have helped ACC:

    • Increase social media consistency, reach, and audience engagement.
Produce regular, high-quality student testimonials, donor stories, interviews, and event content.
    • Improve digital storytelling around student impact and donor support.
    • Create professional graphics and multimedia materials for campaigns, events, fundraising, and outreach.
    • Strengthen ACC’s online presence and brand identity.
    • Build an organized library of reusable videos, photographs, templates, captions, graphics, and other media assets.
    • Improve the overall quality and consistency of ACC’s digital content.

    Compensation

This is a paid, part-time fellowship position. The fellow will receive a monthly stipend from A Continuous Charity in recognition of their time, contributions, and commitment to advancing ACC’s mission.
