What size subscription box would you like to sign up for?
Do you require shipping for an extra $15? If yes, please make sure the address provided is your shipping address. Please note, we only ship within Canada.
If you do not require shipping, you must agree to pick up your box every month at The Crafty Unicorn located in The Village at Pigeon Lake, Alberta. Pick up time is during store hours, subscription boxes must be picked up by the 5th of every month. Do you agree to pick up your subscription box every month?
By signing you agree to paying your monthly subscription fee and acknowledge all shipping costs and/or pick up instructions.

Your invoice will be due on the 1st of every month, once paid, your monthy box of goodies will be sent out to you!
