  • Deposit, Media & Review Requirements

    A deposit ranging from $50 to $100, depending on the service being performed, will be required when your appointment is scheduled. This secures your spot and covers materials, and it's non-refundable if you cancel or no-show. Full policies are on the Info tab at www.evolvemedink.com.

    A few things to know going in:

    Toe/Finger Nail Tattoos-Thank you for being part of this! Since I’m just starting to offer toe and finger nail tattooing, your appointment is genuinely appreciated, and I want you to feel fully informed before we begin. This is a newer service for me, and as with any tattooing done on compromised tissue, there are no guarantees on how your results will look or retain, especially since toe nail tissue can be very dense and hard to implant ink into. I will always do my very best for you. 


    All services require a minimum of two sessions, and sometimes more depending on the specific service and the tissue we're working with.


    Media- I may photograph and/or film your appointment, including before, during, and after your final results, and may use these on the Evolve Med Ink website and social media for promotional purposes. You'll be asked to sign a media release confirming this consent before your appointment. Most media is close-up shots of the work itself, so your face can be left out if you prefer.
