Landscape & flora/fauna only (no dogs or people allowed in photos) and no watermark, logo, signature or text on the photo.     By submitting this form and associated photo(s), I grant the Indian Peaks Wilderness Alliance ("IPWA") unlimited rights to reprint and/or reuse the photo(s) for any purpose the Board deems appropriate. IPWA may crop, edit, or otherwise enhance the photograph(s). I certify that the photograph(s) submitted are my original work and, if copyrighted, that I am the sole copyright owner. I grant IPWA full use of the images at no charge. Copyright of the photographs remains the property of the photographer. IPWA reserves the right to give photo credits where possible. I hold IPWA harmless from any and all liability that might arise from the foregoing use. My entry signifies that I will abide by these terms and conditions.
